DAMON CHANGE OF OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS

Effective May 21, 2015, Richard Barnett, CPA, CGA, has been appointed as chief financial officer, secretary and a director of Damon Capital Corp., taking the place of Yenyou (Jeff) Zheng, who has resigned as CFO and a director, and Joseph Charland, who has resigned from the position of secretary.

Damon wishes to thank Mr. Zheng for his service as the company's CFO, secretary and director over the past four years.

Mr. Barnett obtained his accounting designation in September, 2008, and serves as CFO of a diversified list of public and private companies. The company welcomes the expertise of Mr. Barnett as chief financial officer and secretary, as well as to the board of directors.

For clarification, the company's officers and directors now comprise as follows:
