Mother of Sussex jihadist says 'more needs to be done' to stop radicalisation

The mother of a Sussex jihadist killed in Syria has said plans to recruit anti-terrorism co-ordinators in Brighton and Crawley are short of what is needed to tackle the problem.

The Home Office is attempted to stop young people from being radicalised and going to Syria to fight.

Khadijah Kamara's 19-year-old son Ibrahim was killed in a US air strike last year.

BBC South East Today's Bryony Mackenzie spoke to Ms Kamara, Brighton Pavilion MP Caroline Lucas and Ahsand Ahmed from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association in Crawley.
