May 15 2015 [Philadelphia PA] Rock Artist and independent band 1FM announced today that they will be releasing a new single “Bury Me” from their debut EP “Burning Bridges. The full EP will hit the streets on May 19th.
This recently formed trio consists of local rock veterans Tim Laigaie formally a solo artist with several independent releases under his belt along with Nick Passio and Joe Altomari both formally of the now dissolved rock band Victory in Numbers.
Burning Bridges contains an intelligent mix of material that is autobiographical and drawn from experiences and people around the group. There is also a whole other side that is simply an idea or story that the band tried to climb inside of. The new record has a range in style from softer melodic piano rock to kick butt alternative rock and roll. Together these three artists created a masterful compilation of unique original compositions.
Burning Bridges was recorded at Drowning Fish Studios in Philadelphia and was co-produced by Jason Dunkerley Tim Laigaie and Nick Passio. The tracks were engineered and Mixed by Jason Dunkereley. Alan Douches mastered the EP. The CD will be available digitally on iTunes Amazon Spotify and most other digital download and streaming sites. States Laigaie “One of the best parts about this process for us is that we had the ability to just let the music happen. We bonded and let these songs take shape. Looking back on it now the whole writing process for this EP seems surreal to us. We found our stride in the beginning and never looked back. This partnership we have and the way we create together is really something special and we're very excited to introduce ourselves to the world. We are so proud to share what we have made - this is what is inside of us. We hope everyone will see what we see. With some help from our other friends and family we look forward to continue creating and releasing music.”
