Nordic IT heavyweights to sit on Cxense board

Oslo, Norway - 22 May, 2015 - Cxense announced today that ESV Dimano CEO and Digital Hverdag founder Bente Sollid Storehaug is joining the Cxense Board of Directors. Also joining the group is IT industry veteran Svein Goli, a former executive of IBM, Oracle and Norman.

Bente Sollid Storehaug is CEO of ESV Dinamo AS, a performance and data driven marketing company. ESV Dinamo is Norway's only agency that uses algorithms to map the real influence of different media channels before user conversion. Bente is a serial entrepreneur, and a board member of both startups and publicly traded companies, as well as a mentor for entrepreneurs organized by Innovation Norway / Connect Norway. Furthermore, she is the Chairman and co-founder of Dot Global, Norway's only commercial top-level domain registry, and a member of the Executive Board of Polaris Media ASA, and Eika-Alliansen. In 1993, she established Digital Hverdag, which today is publicly listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange under the company name Bouvet ASA, which has 1,000 employees and a turnover of more than NOK 1 billion, with an EBITDA of NOK 105 million. Bente is also the youngest member ever of the Association of Norwegian Editors.

Svein Ramsay Goli served as a leader in the software industry for many years and as Chief Executive Officer and President of Norman ASA, Vice President of Nordics for Oracle Corporation, and Marketing and Sales Director for IBM, where he served for a total of 21 years. He has been the Chairman of Ibas AS (also known as IBAS Holding ASA) since November 1998, the Chairman of Data Respons ASA since April, 2006 and was previously the Chairman of Norman ASA and Visma ASA and Tandberg Data ASA since 1999. Mr. Goli has a commerce degree from the Copenhagen Business School and has completed the Senior Executive Program at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. He holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from Copenhagen Business School (Handelshøjskolen).

Bente Sollid Storehaug and Svein Ramsay Goli join existing board members Kjersti Wiklund, Per Olav Monseth, and Morten Opstad who is the Chairman of the Board.
