Mumbai: Popular star of the Indian cinema, Dhanush, is in talks to make his biggest debut ever on an international platform.
Critically acclaimed Persian film director and writer, Marjane Satrapi, recently announced at the 68th Cannes Film Festival her wish to make a film on the adaptation of a French novel, 'Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir Who Got Trapped in an Ikea Wardrobe'.
Known for dishing out critically acclaimed novels and films, Marjane Satrapi's collaboration with Dhanush, if the project materializes, would be a treat to watch, not only for Indian audience but for movie lovers all over the world. The novel is about a fakir in Rajasthan who tricks his village into sending him to Paris, where he meets a beautiful woman, falls in love with her and has an outlandish globe-trotting adventure.
