UGE INTERNATIONAL ENTERS INTO ADVISORY AGREEMENT WITH SPINNAKER CAPITAL MARKETS INC.

UGE International Ltd. has appointed Spinnaker Capital Markets Inc. as its capital markets and investor relations adviser.

The agreement is for an initial term of six months from May 15, 2015, to Nov. 15, 2015. Spinnaker's mandate will focus on developing and expanding the network of investors, analysts and financial intermediaries who are interested in following the UGE International growth and investment story. The agreement also provides for a full range of investor relations services for a quarterly fee of $19,500 and is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
