A special CBI court on Tuesday fixed July 21 to hear the arguments on framing of charges against retired Lt Gen Tejinder Singh, accused of offering a bribe of Rs 14 crore to the then army chief General V K Singh in the Tatra deal case.
Additional Sessions Judge Ajay Kumar Jain fixed the date after the court was informed by Tejinder Singh’s counsel that they have moved the Delhi High Court challenging the trial court’s order that rejected his plea for some documents related to the case.
The High Court has directed the CBI to reply to Tejinder’s plea on July 13.
