Kakinada SEZ (KSEZ), a subsidiary of GMR Infrastructure, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Guizhou International Investment Corporation (GIIC) — a consortium of three Chinese manufacturing companies — to set up an industrial park for high-end equipment manufacturing companies, the company said in a statement.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services has launched its maiden public issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth Rs 1,000 crore, comprising a base issue of Rs 500 crore and a green-shoe option of Rs 500 crore to retain oversubscription. The debt issue will be available for subscription from April 23-May 7, 2024. The NCDs will be listed on BSE and NSE.
