Flesh trade racket busted, four held in Machilipatnam

The Chilakalapudi police busted a flesh trade racket and arrested four persons in the wee hours of Monday. On a tip-off, the police team led by Machilipatnam Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) D. Surya Sravan Kumar raided a house and arrested a couple.

The couple was said to be the organisers along with two women.

The couple was a native of Karimnagar and the victims were from Pedana and Machilipatnam. A case has been registered under Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act 1956, said the DSP.
