Siddaramaiah ‘most arrogant CM’: Prahlad Joshi

Taking up from where Opposition leader Jagadish Shettar left off, BJP State President Pralhad Joshi lambasted Chief Minister Siddaramaiah for his comments against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and termed him as the ‘most arrogant CM’.

Addressing presspersons here on Sunday, Mr. Joshi said that in the last two years, Mr. Siddaramaiah has not fulfilled any of the assurances he gave when coming to power.

Criticising Mr. Siddaramaih for his reference to the blackmoney issue, Mr. Joshi said that it was the Congress government which announced voluntary disclosure of income for as many as 12 times and Siddaramaiah did not have the moral right to speak on blackmoney issue.

“Until the Supreme Court intervened, the Manmohan Singh-Sonia Gandhi led Congress government had done nothing to bring the blackmoney back. However, after coming to power, Prime Minister Modi had initiated several steps to initiate the process”, he said.

Taking a jibe at Siddaramaiah for his comment on making Karnataka ‘BJP-free’, he said that Mr. Siddaramaiah already made his government ‘free of Congress’ and his partymen like S.M. Krishna, Janardhan Poojari and Kagodu Thimmappa.

Mr. Siddramaiah's only achievement was dividing the society and sowing the seeds of caste-division for personal gain. BJP State Vice President M. Nagaraj was present.
