Mani Fok denies William Chan-Charlene Choi breakup
15 May - Emperor Entertainment Group manager, Mani Fok, has recently stepped up to quell ongoing rumours about William Chan and Charlene Choi's breakup.
According to Mingpao News, previously, it was reported that Charlene has called it quits with William following reports of his close relationship with his "Legend of Zu" co-star Zhao Liying. It was also alleged that the two stars have been finding themselves getting further and further apart due to their busy schedule.
However, Mani, who was spotted at a private event on 14 May, dismissed the rumours as false, and said, "The two of them have been together for so long, and their relationship is stable."
"They have experienced a lot of ups and downs together, so they're not worried about the rumours. Nothing will affect their relationship."
Mani also stated that though both stars are busy with their work and have no time to meet up, they will cherish the moments whenever they get to see each other.
Meanwhile, Mani admitted that she has received an offer for both Raymond Lam and William Chan for the upcoming "A Step into the Past" projects – one to be produced by Louis Koo, and the other a remake by a mainland production house.
