Guinazu hails group effort as duo named in Dream Team

Munster hooker Eusebio Guinazu says it is the team effort throughout the season that has resulted in two Munster players being selected in the Pro12 Dream Team.
CJ Stander and Tommy O'Donnell were named in the XV.
Ulster are the most represented with Craig Gilroy, Rory Best and Franco van der Merwe all named.
Connacht's Robbie Henshaw has made the final XV along with Denis Buckley but Leinster have been left without any selections after they finished outside the play-offs.
Stander (25), who will be eligible to play for Ireland later this year, has played much of his rugby at No 8 and has made 18 appearances in the league, scoring eight tries.
His back-row colleague Tommy O'Donnell impressed for Ireland in the Six Nations and was unlucky not to get more game-time.
The 27-year old Tipperary native has played 13 times in the league this season, scoring one try.
"It is always a team effort. CJ and Tommy have both had amazing seasons, they played very well," said Guinazu.
"But that's also because of the team effort, the forwards' effort, two forwards in there who are both playing very well for us.
"I am very happy for them as well and that's because of the team."
