Dr Swamy tweeted, ''I have decided to file SLP in SC after June 1st if Ktaka govt does not file. So no need to go to KHC''. Dr Swamy, the original complainant in the case, had on May 12, posted a message on his twitter saying, ''In my appeal to SC in JJ DA case, I will prove the KHC judgment is a 'tragedy of arithmetic errors''. Leaders of various political parties in Tamil Nadu also urged the Karnataka Government to go an appeal against the KHC verdict.
