Ahmedabad based Chirag Nayi ordered iPad through e-commerce website Snapdeal.com, however when he opened the pack delivered by courier boy, he found a stone instead of iPad.

Chirag Nayi had ordered Rs 56,000 iPad S-2 on 6 May from Snapdeal.com. The website had shown in advertisement that original price of this iPad was Rs 61,000 but it was available for Rs 56,000 on discounter price.

On 12 May evening, a courier boy arrived at Rajeshbhai’s place with parcel. When Rajeshbhai opened the pack he found stone instead of iPad.

According to Grahak Suraksha Samiti chief Mukeshbhai Parikh, the procedure to file complaint under Consumer Protection Act is on.
