KATRA, May 12: MLA, Reasi, Ajay Nanda today inaugurated 11 KV feeder at Receiving Station Panthal.
Nanda directed the engineers to remain present in their respective stations to tackle the power supply during summer season.
Later, Nanda held a public grievances redressal camp at Panthal in which people from different panchayats raised their issues including opening of new schools and health centres, tourism infrastructure, water supply, irrigation schemes, anganwadi centres, roads etc.
Nanda directed the concerned officers to take necessary steps to mitigate the problems of the people.
He also visited the historical pond at Panthal and assured that the spot would be developed as a tourist destination. He also took stock of various road projects and instructed concerned executing agencies for timely completion of these projects.
