12 years back, this very day, Ken Ghosh-directed ‘Ishq Vishk’ released and Shahid Kapoor, along with Amrita Rao and Shenaz Treasurywala, debuted in Bollywood. Ken Ghosh also took to Twitter to reminisce this day.

Shahid’s fans took Twitter by storm this morning when they trended #12YearsOfShahidKapoor for more than 12 hours.

Since his debut with ‘Ishq Vishk’, Shahid Kapoor, who is all set to get married in June to Delhi-based Mira Rajput, has seen a Bollywood journey full of ups and downs with movies like ‘Jab We Met’, ‘Kaminey’ and ‘Haider’ to his name. ‘Haider’, directed by Vishal Bharadwaj, even had him chances to win the National Award for the brilliant portrayal of the emotionally ruined Hamlet.
