Laurels for DLF Public School

Navya Gupta, a class 12 student of DLF Public School, Sahibabad, received the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) fellowship this year. It is an on-going National Program of Fellowship in Basic Sciences, initiated and funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, to attract exceptionally motivated students for pursuing basic science courses and research career in science.

The exam was conducted in two levels- an aptitude test followed by an interview. Navya has engaged in various research based projects that were acknowledged at State and National levels including INSPIRE where her Model ‘Molten Salt Solar Tower’ was selected for INSPIRE AWARDS by the Department of Science & Technology for National Level Exhibition at Pragati Maidan.
