Tajdar Junaid gives Kolkata a taste of Hollywood

Despite the searing heat, revellers in Kolkata swarmed in to Jamsteady when musician Tajdar Junaid, whose two songs from the albums Dastaan and Prelude to Poland are being used in Hollywood filmmaker Jeffrey D Brown's next film Sold, performed recently.

Despite the searing heat, revellers in Kolkata swarmed in to Jamsteady when musician Tajdar Junaid, whose two songs from the albums Dastaan and Prelude to Poland are being used in Hollywood filmmaker Jeffrey D Brown's next film Sold, performed recently.
Vocalist Tanya Sen cast a spell on the crowd and got them grooving to her tunes with songs like I put a spell on you and Mocking Bird. Musicians like Amyt Datta, Jayashree Singh and Bodhisattwa Ghosh were present to cheer for the band.
We also spotted Rii, who looked cute in her little pink number.
Sipping coolers and shaking a leg to the music, the revellers also posed for our shutterbugs.
