Rajamouli’s father to debut in Sandalwood

Popular Telugu screenwriter-director KV Vijayendra Prasad, father of filmmaker SS Rajamouli, is set to enter Sandalwood. He is currently in Udupi shooting for his yet-to-be-titled Kannada film.
“This is a psychological thriller. It will be shot in Udupi and Bengaluru. The film has a cast of newcomers,” says the filmmaker. He also adds that doing a Kannada film has always been on his mind. “I have spent a lot of my life in Karnataka.I lived in Raichur. I can speak Kannada fluently too. Similarly, my son and daughter have lived in the state. I have an affinity towards the language,” says Vijayendra Prasad. He has scripted blockbusters like Yamadonga, Magadheeraand Vikramarkudu.
