Educational qualifications:
- General Manager (Engineer Civil): The candidates applying for this post should have completed a full time degree in Civil Engineering from a government recognised institute and should hold 15 years of work experience in the field.
- Additional General Manager (Engineer Civil): The candidates applying for this post should have completed a full time degree in Civil Engineering from a government recognized institute with 12 years work experience in the field.
- General Manager (Finance): The candidates applying for this post should be an associate/fellow member of ICAI/ICWAI or should have completed full time MBA (Finance) from a government recognised institute, having acquired at least 15 years of work experience in the field.
- Additional General Manager (Finance): The candidates applying for this post should be an associate/fellow member of ICAI/ICWAI or they should have completed full time MBA (Finance) from a government recognised institute. Also, they should hold 12 years work experience in the field.
- Additional General Manager (HRM): The candidates applying for this post should have completed full time MBA/MSW/ PGDM from a government recognised institute with specialization in HRM/PM/IR as major subject and should have 12 years of work experience in the field.
- General Manager (HRM): The candidates applying for this post should have completed full time MBA/MSW/ PGDM from a government recognised institute with specialization in HRM/PM/IR as their major subject and should have acquired 15 years of work experience in the field.
