ACU POETRY PRIZE

Entries are now open for the Australian Catholic University Prize for Poetry, with a total prize pool of $10,000. The theme is Peace, Tolerance and Understanding. Entries close on June 16. Website: acu.edu.au.

June 2: The Colin Thiele Festival,will feature an exhibition at Civic Library of items from the Archives' research collection relating to Thiele's books and some items from his family. Until June 28.

"Colin Thiele: His Work and Legacy" at the Ann Harding Conference Centre, Building 24 at the University of Canberra will reveal insights into Thiele from publisher Walter McVitty, Thiele's daughter Janne Minge and researcher Margaret Carmody.
