Delhi Public School, Sonepat, celebrated Earth Day. Students of class 6 to 10 performed three street plays in the nearby village of Khewra, Sonepat.
The main motto of these street plays was to create an awareness to save the non-renewable source of energy- electricity. Ten minutes of the street plays left a deep impression in the minds of the villagers. The people in Khewra have promised not to litter the surrounding areas. Lastly, to save our Mother Earth the students along with the villagers promised to make the area look greener than before.
