BENGALURU: Five persons, including a mother-daughter duo, sustained injuries when an MUV rammed four vehicles, including a car, on Station Road, near Bamboo Bazar, east Bengaluru, on Thursday morning.
Of the injured, Satyanarayana, a KSRP constable, has been admitted to Vikram Hospital with serious head injuries. Doctors said they need a day to comment on his health status.

The accident occurred at 10.15am when Riyaz Pasha, 35, a realtor and resident of Fraser Town, lost control over his Toyota Qualis and drove on to the right lane. "First, he rammed a Ford Ikon. Then he hit a Scooty and two motorbikes," police said.
Scooter-borne Sanju Krishna and her daughter, Sri Varshini 15, sustained injuries and were treated at Vikram Hospital as outpatients. They are Chamarajpet residents.
Motorcycle riders Sudhir and Chetan Kumar were also treated as outpatients.
"We subjected Riyaz Pa8sha to an alcohol test and it was negative. He claims that instead of applying the brake, he pressed the accelerator," traffic police said.
