The Navaneetham Cultural Trust will hold a workshop on ayurveda, yoga and Kalaripayattu at the Varikkasseri Mana at Ottappalam on May 16 and 17. Radhakrishna Chaitanya, head of Agasthya Sidha Ashram and Ayurveda Hospital, Cherayi, will lead the workshop. Martial arts expert Dilsagar will lead sessions on Kalaripayattu. Trust director Belraj Soni said that the workshop would focus on holistic health management and prevention of illnesses.
