Domestic carriers, including Jet Airways and Air India (AI), received 132 complaints of staff misbehaviour in the first two months of this year.
Minister of state for civil aviation Mahesh Sharma informed the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday that there were 70 complaints of staff misbehaviour received by airlines in January 2015 and the count was at 62 in February.
Jet and its no-frills arm JetLite got 32 complaints of staff misbehaviour in January while AI received 21 such complaints during the month.
Nofrills carriers SpiceJet received nine complaints, GoAir five, IndiGo two, the minister stated in his written reply.
In February, Jet and JetLite together received 27 complaints of staff misbehaviour while AI saw 15 such complaints.
During that month, SpiceJet received 11 such complaints, IndiGo five and GoAir three.
