AZB & Partners former Delhi partner Ritika Rathi will join the soon-to-be-started Delhi firm of Amarchand Mumbai managing partner Cyril Shroff, reported Bar & Bench.
A source with knowledge of the matter has confirmed Rathi’s move to Legally India.
Update: AZB Delhi managing partner Ajay Bahl commented: "We wish her the very best."
Rathi had been at AZB for 11 years after joining from Delhi University in 2004, having been promoted to partnership in 2013.

Also, any news of any other senior-ish partner moves from the others in the big 6 to CAM/SAM (by senior-ish, i mean people who were'nt made partner in the months before leaving).
Also, how are these guys being paid prior to the split becoming effective. Surely Amarchand Mangaldas as it exists is not paying salaries to these people?
Keep quiet or else....
