Peshawar: 1 killed in explosion near Hayatabad
According to police the bomb was remote controlled
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – A bomb blast took place near Naran Bagh while a convoy of security forces was passing on Tuesday, leaving 1 person dead. Police has stated that the bomb was remote controlled, reported Dunya News.
Another incident of terrorism shook the city as a bomb blast took place shortly after a convoy of security forces passed the area of Naran Bagh.
Police and emergency services reached the place of blast a few minutes after the incident took place.
A person who was injured from the impact of bomb blast was transferred to hospital; however he succumbed to injuries before he could reach there.
The slain person has not been identified so far.
According to police the bomb aws remote controlled.
Bomb disposal squad has stated that 1000 gram explosive was used in the bomb.
