Kanaka Durga temple Executive Officer Ch. Narsing Rao asked the temple staff to be vigilant while performing duties. Any dereliction of duties would attract stringent action, he said.

The Executive Officer asked the employees to provide all facilities at the bathing ghats along the Krishna river to ensure that no devotee was put to inconvenience.

The EO further asked the employees of the Engineering wing to initiate measures to provide drinking water to the devotees thronging the Indrakeeladri.

He also made it clear that stringent action would be initiated against the temple employees/barbers, if the administration received any complaints against them, he cautioned.
