We'll start the evening in the new taproom with a fresh 9oz cask beer from the beer engine, and then move to the brewery for a tour.

1ST COURSE
DUCK LIVER MOUSSE
pea shoots, radish sprouts, whole grain honey mustard,grilled bread, pickles

2ND COURSE
CRISPY DUCK CONFIT SALAD

PAN-ROASTED DUCK BREAST
overwintered spinach, ramps, spring pea puree,orange chile glaze.
