Melanie Kannokada gets married to Neeraj Chandra

Melanie Kannokada, who had acted in Varun Sandesh and Sundeep Kishan starrer D for Dopidi, got married to her longtime friend Neeraj Chandra on Saturday at a beach resort in Turks and Caicos Islands, near Bahamas. The duo had got engaged a year ago in the US and ever since, Melanie had been acting in a select from American TV shows including Code Black and The Brink. The US-based actress of Indian origin had begun acting in films after graduating from Standord University and she was offered the Telugu film after she was spotted in an indie film, Love Lies and Seeta.
