Mumbai: You may have seen pictures of Bollywood celebrities doing rounds of the internet before they bagged their golden ticket to Bollywood but do you have any idea how much hard work goes into the making of a star?
In a recent behind-the-scenes video of Anushka-Ranbir starrer 'Bombay Velvet' in the making gives us an inside glimpse of the vast industry this is. Anurag Kashyap driven team’s mastermind brought together 600 people daily on sets for shoot, 10,000 kilos of costume, 25,000 kilos of art material, guns from Germany and more than 200 vintage cars to create the magical world of their film that will take you back in time.
In a similar video floating around the social media shows how a 'star' is polished and then brought to limelight for the world to see and adore. A list star Anushka Sharma, before she made her Bollywood debut opposite superstar Shah Rukh Khan, was just like any other girl of her age till her destiny revealed what it had for her.
Anushka Sharma was in an acting school after she left modelling to pursue her dreams. Hues of innocence and the freshness on her face cannot be mistaken for someone who won’t be able to pull the Meera of ‘NH10’. The actress will soon be seen in a retro avatar in Anurag Kashyap's 'Bombay Velvet' releasing May 15.
