Bakers technology fair

More than 60 exhibitors will showcase their products and services at the three-day bakery exhibition ‘Bakers Technology Fair 2015’ at CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex from June 26 to 28.

The event is expected to be a platform for bakers to get first hand information on the latest developments, trends and technology to simplify work and increase productivity, standardize product quality, explore business opportunities, increasing the profitability, undertake cost cutting measures, enhance productivity, employing updated technology, streamline existing production system and network with industry leaders.

Mr. Brijesh Edwards, Managing Director, Synergy Exposure and Events India Ltd that is organising the fair said that the fair will provide an opportunity for the industry to meet manufacturers and service providers of the bakery supply chain under one roof.

Workshops

Seminars on wellness bakery products, trends in frozen technology, industry trends, food safety and standards and FDI versus indigenous industry will be part of the expo.  Over 15 sessions of demonstrations, workshops presented by master chefs and artists and competitions will run parallel with the expo.

Theme pavilions will attract specific target audience to spend more time in their own domain. A Hospitality Business Fair 2015 will also be conducted alongside the Bakers Technology Fair.
