‘Malala mahagarjana’ on May 10

Launching a scathing attack against Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao for neglecting Mala communities, the TS Mala and its sub-castes joint action committee has decided to hold ‘Malala mahagarjana’ programme on May 10 at Nizam College Grounds in Hyderabad. JAC co-chairman Avula Balanadham, coordinator Ravula Anjaiah, vice-chairman Mandala Bhaskar and others said that they would fight against the State Government for suppressing mala and its sub-castes in the allocation of Ministerial and nominated posts. “We expected that justice would be done to Malas But the fact is that they are being suppressed and humiliated,” the community members charged.
