J.K. Rowling has completed another crime novel under the now-familiar pseudonym Robert Galbraith, the author announced on Twitter:

Just finished 3rd Cormoran Strike novel.

— Robert Galbraith (@RGalbraith) April 24, 2015

The book is titled Career of Evil and will be published this fall, publisher Little, Brown revealed in a subsequent tweet. It will be the third book in a series of detective novels that includes The Cuckoo's Calling (2013) and The Silkworm (2014), all of which feature fictional investigator Cormoran Strike.

The Harry Potter author first adopted the Galbraith pseudonym in secret in 2013. Galbraith's true identity became public after a partner at Rowling's law firm violated the author's trust. But these days Rowling seems to enjoy the split identity, tweeting, in celebration, at herself from one byline to the other:

.@RGalbraith Very pleased for you, Robert.

Oh happy, happy, happy day... it's the eleventh time I've done it and the joy never wears off.

Meanwhile, The Casual Vacancy, Rowling's only non-Potter novel published under her own name, is coming to HBO this month as a miniseries. Reviews have been less than magical.
