Watch: The many shades of Amitabh Bachchan behind the scenes of 'Piku'

Mumbai: You don’t see actors letting their guard down even on the sets of a film too often but Shoojit Sircar’s family comedy drama, Piku has turned out to be an exception! In the latest behind the scenes video released by the makers, we see Amitabh Bachchan, the living legend having a lot of fun on the sets with his co-stars Deepika Padukone and Irffan Khan.

The actor can be seen having a good laugh with everyone during the film’s shoot. The makers previously released a behind-the-scenes video featuring Deepika’s quirks and antics.

Director Shoojit Sircar definitely couldn’t have found anyone better than three stars- Deepika, Amitabh and Irrfan for the character roles. A quirky, comic father-daughter story, the film derives its title from Satyajit Ray’s short film Pikoo’s Diary.

It explores the relationship of father-daughter duo, Amitabh and Deepika. The arguments between the two have been subtly highlighted. It is not exactly a piece of cake for Irrfan who dons the hat of a mediator between the two.
