Professional basketball player Jeremy Tyler has found his offseason training spot.

The three-year NBA veteran, who spent this season playing overseas in China, is leasing the Beachwood Canyon-area home of “Dancing With the Stars” alum Karina Smirnoff for $8,000 a month.

Built in 2004, the Mediterranean-style home has a vaulted-ceiling living room with a fireplace, a family room, a rec room with a wet bar, three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,000 square feet of space. A long deck with views of the Hollywood sign extends off of the living and dining room areas.

Outdoors, a patio with a fire pit, a rock waterfall and an eight-person spa make up the tiered grounds.

Smirnoff, currently on tour promoting her book “We’re Just Not That Into You: Dating Disasters From the Trenches,” put the home up for rent in March, with Kristina Long of Rodeo Realty attached to the listing. Long also represented Tyler in the recent deal.

Records show that Smirnoff bought the Hollywood Hills home in 2013 for $1.25 million.

Smirnoff, 37, appeared on “Dancing With the Stars” for more than a decade, winning the show’s 13th season with actor and former U.S. Army soldier J.R. Martinez. The Ukrainian-born ballroom dancer announced in February that she would not be returning to the long-running ABC series.

Tyler, 23, signed a non-guaranteed contract with the Lakers last offseason but was waived during training camp. The 6-foot-10 center averaged 22.1 ppg and 11.2 rpg in 41 games for Shanxi Zhongyu of the Chinese Basketball Assn. this year.
