The board of directors of SQS India BFSI on Thursday recommended the payment of ₹20 a share (@200 per cent per equity share of ₹10 each) as the final dividend of the company for 2014-15. The proposal is, however, subject to shareholders’ approval in the ensuing annual general meeting. In October last year, the company had paid ₹4 as interim dividend. Shares of SQS India BFSI closed at ₹577.75, down 5.60 per cent on the BSE.
