Islamabad - Pakistan Muslim League (N) Senator Tariq Azeem has said that Pakistan and China enjoy historic friendly relations with each other and Chinese president during his visit vowed to support Pakistan in improving economy.
Talking to Nuqta-e-Nazar programme of Radio Pakistan, he said that the credit of economic revival goes to the present PML-N government for its efforts to improve bilateral relations with China, adding that China has been making historic investment in Pakistan through Pakistan-China Economic Corridor.
Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer Hussain said that China’s friendship is an asset for the future generations and investment worth approximately $45 billion will greatly help Pakistan revive its economy as the Chinese government agreed to train our youth in various departments so that they can play their constructive role to improve the economy of our country.
Minister of State for Communication Abdul Hakeem Baloch said that many short term and long term projects have been signed during Chinese President’s visit which include power projects, defense cooperation and technology projects which will bring economic revolution in the region.
Senator National Party Dr Ashok Kumar said that many development projects and MoUs such as Gwadar project will help Balochistan to have prosperity and progress.
Analyst Dr Pervaiz Iqbal Cheema said that Pakistan will get most benefit through Pak-China Economic Corridor and people will have more business and employment opportunities.
