China Seven Star (00245) said it is currently in the course of preliminary negotiations with an independent third party relating to the possible formation of a joint venture.
The joint venture will be in the form of a limited liability partnership, which will invest in new energy projects.
China Seven Star had applied for the resumption of trading in shares this morning.
