THE SOCIETY for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Selangor patron Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye is urging the relevant authorities to improve services at the Kuala Lumpur Veterinary Hospital (HVKL).
He said this in reference to a StarMetro article on April 15, titled “Vexing vet hospital” that the hospital had to be closed on certain days due to lack of staff.
