Scores of people led by Lok Satta staged a demonstration at the Hanamkonda chowrastha deploring the bad condition of roads here on Monday.

Sporting placards and raising slogans, the cadre launched a signature campaign. They collected over 500 signatures of road-users. “This is not Greater Warangal, this is Crater Warangal,” said party co convenor K Harish describing the roads in tri-cities. The potholes and huge pits right in the centre of roads were causing lot of problems. Strangely, the bad roads have not caught the attention of the officials or pubic representatives, the Lok Satta party leaders rued.

Lok Satta leaders Pavan Thota, Syed Imdad, Sai Chara, Vikram, Punnam, Monica, Manisha and others took part in the demonstration.
