40W and 60W Adapters feature No-load Power under 0.075W

Mean Well Enterprises Co. Ltd. has expanded its offering of "green adaptor" with the GST40A/60A (40W/60W) series. These two series are designed with a low no load power consumption(less than 0.075W) and an average operating efficiency superior to previous generations of products that met Level V efficiency standards. The GST40A/60A are thus able to better fulfill energy saving and carbon reduction, either in the no load mode or the operating mode. GST40A/60A are suitable to be used with various types of consumer electronic devices, telecommunication devices, office facilities, industrial equipment and any systems requiring compliance to the up-to-date energy regulations.

These adapters feature a universal ac input range of 90- to 264-Vac. They comply with the up-to-date global energy efficiency regulations — EISA 2007/DoE(Level VI), NRCan, AU/NZ MEPS, EU ErP and CoC Version 5. The specified working temperature range is -30 to +70 degrees C.

The GST40A/60A adapters measure 125 x 50 x 31.5 mm and are packaged in a 94V-0 flame retardant plastic case with an IEC320-C14 ac inlet (Class I, with FG). They include complete protection functions: Short circuit/Overload/Over voltage/Over temperature (GST60A only), are equipped with LED indicator and come with a three-year warranty.
