It was a racey concert at the races as American rapper Pitbull owned the stage on Saturday night at the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir.

As girls in short shorts pranced around the stage, Pitbull pulled out his upbeat tunes for an enamored audience of Formula One race goers. Smartphones swayed through the air as he sang his heart out during his biggest tracks like "International Love" and "Timber".

"All the beautiful people here in Bahrain tonight, put your hands in the air! Let's go," the hip-hop artist shouted as fans responded with their rendition of his hit "Give Me Everything".

Pitbull would pop his iconic voice into the mix from time to time with lyrics like "Can't promise tomorrow, but I promise tonight," as the energy in the room skyrocketed.

Anyone within a mile of the epic concert should wisely visit the Dr. to get their ears checked since fans seriously couldn't hold back their screams as Pitbull busted out "DJ Got Us Falling in Love Again." We're pretty postiive that every person in the stands, both male and female, literally fell in love with the sexy star as he rocked those lyrics.

And in a kingdom where women aren't always respected, you better believe the ladies in the house gave a deafening response in appreciation when Pitbull said, "I want to hear all the powerful and sophisticated women here tonight make some noise."

Born Armando Christian Pérez, the 34-year-old superstar rose to fame in Miami, Florida, but he's no stranger to the Middle East. He had a gig in Dubai three years ago and rocked out in Tel Aviv and Istanbul back in 2013. He's also collaborated with Egyptian songster Tamer Hosny in their joint track with Akon "Arabian Knights".

Bahrain brought in other global singers like The Vamps and DJ Otto Knows, as well as more local acts like Najwa Karam, for the Formula One festivities, but Pitbull was the headlining act.

We sure hope he races into the region again for those who missed a dose of his "International Love".
