Wizz Air announces Budapest-Tenerife route

Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air will launch two weekly flights, on Mondays and Fridays, between Budapest and Tenerife from October 30, the airline said today in a press release.

The new destination, which is the biggest island in the Canaries, is the fifth Mediterranean destination offered by the airline during the winter season.

Wizz Air now offers 41 routes from Budapest to 21 countries and a total of 380 routes to 111 destination in 38 countries. The company has a headcount of 2,200.
