Brian Shaw struggled mightily to hold the attention of his Denver Nuggets team throughout the season, let alone motivate them. He confiscated phones. He read books on millennials. When none of that worked, he had to take more drastic measures.

We knew Shaw had tried rapping a scouting report to his players before Nuggets guard Ty Lawson shared this video on Instagram, but it’s a totally different and much funnier thing to actually watch it happen.
Shaw fought bravely, but was ultimately unsuccessful in winning games in Denver, and was fired in early March.
