Huawei's P8 would be easily replaceable when faulty, in the UK

Huawei has come up with a new program called "Huawei VIP". The program sounds to be a big relief for users when it comes to device replacement. Device replacement is one of the biggest problems the customers are experiencing.

Huawei's recently unveiled P8 smartphone in China is said to be a part of this 'Huawei VIP' program.

Under the "Huawei VIP" program the customer while buying the device will be asked to sign up for the program. When a fault or issue crops up in the device under warranty, the customer has to call a specified number. As soon the call is made with the VIP service number, the problem will be diagnosed by the customer and Huawei service representative.

Once it is found eligible a same-day or next-day replacement device will be sent once Huawei receives the handset.

Huawei is presently activating this service for customers in the UK. The company is expected to expand the service in other parts.
