Sonal Vengurlekar, who is currently seen as Devyani in Shastri Sisters was robbed in the early hours of morning on Friday (April 17, 2015) while she was shooting at Filmcity, Goregaon, reported Bombay Times. Apparently, the entire team was shooting the previous night, and at 2:00 am, when the actress decided to take a break and use the washroom, she found a man in an inebriated state in her room, the report stated. The man was apparently looking through her belongings, which were lying around scattered, added the report. Sonal immediately pushed him, ran out and locked him inside the room, and the man was finally taken to a nearby police station, the report concluded.

According to a report, Bollywood actor and model Sonal Chauhan's house in Greater Noida was broken into late on Thursday (March 12, 2015). The burglars made off with cash and jewellery worth Rs 40 lakh as well as Sonal's Miss World Tourism crown worth Rs 3.5 lakh, which she had won in 2005. Reportedly, Sonal was not in town, but her mother Shivani Chauhan and sister-in-law Stuti Chauhan were in the house on the day the burglary took place. They had gone to the market when the thieves broke in. An FIR was lodged against unidentified persons at Kasna police station, stated the report.

According to a report on Mid-day.com, a diamond necklace went missing from Sonam Kapoor's bungalow following which the actress registered a complaint with the Juhu police on February 5. The report stated that in her complaint, Sonam had said that she attended a party in Bandra on February 4, where she wore the necklace and other jewellery, and returned late in the night. She then kept the necklace in a drawer in her room at 2 am, but later the same day she found it missing, the report further stated. According to the report, police said that the cost of the necklace was approximately Rs 5 lakh. Quoting an officer from the Juhu police station, the report mentioned that the police is investigating from all angles, also looking into whether Sonam dropped the necklace in the party that she had attended with the help of CCTV footage.

According to a report in PTI, a range of designer wear clothing, cash and computer equipments worth nearly Rs 60 lakh were allegedly stolen from veteran fashion designer Ritu Kumar's flagship store in Delhi's South Extension market. The incident took place in the wee hours of Friday when thieves broke the lock to enter the store located on the main thoroughfare in the South Extension Part II market. Police registered an FIR at Hauz Khas police station and further investigation was on.

Manasvi Mamgai was robbed off her baggage as soon as she landed in Hong Kong. According to a report in Mid-day, Manasvi was travelling to Hong Kong for a party that was attended by the likes of Hrithik Roshan, Bipasha Basu and Malaika Arora Khan on the day her debut Bollywood film Action Jackson released. The actress faced a harrowing time when she lost her luggage that she had kept aside when she went to purchase phone cards. Her luggage contained designer outfits and jewellery that the actress rues she will have to pay for, now that she had lost it. Though the cops investigated and went through the CCTV footage, the fact that the robbery took place outside the airport premises made it difficult to know where the thief took off for.

Sreejita De of Uttaran fame was attacked by some local goons and was robbed. Sreejita was accompanied by her cousins when the horrible incident took place. According to a report in Bombay Times, Sreejita was at the Western Express Highway. The actress was out with her cousins to have dinner at the nearby famous dhaba. But the night turned out to be the biggest nightmare. However the actress filed a complaint against the goons as they stole her mobile phone but the police failed to track the offender.

Urvashi Dholakia, known for her character Komolika from Kasuatii Zindagii Kay, was attacked and robbed too. The incident took place when the actress was at a five star hotel with a few friends and only after reaching home did she realize that she had been robbed of her cash. Apparently, she had lodged a complaint at Bandra police station. Urvashi was the winner of the controversial reality show Bigg Boss season 6.

Bhagyashree Patwardhan is currently seen in Life OK's thriller show Laut Aao Trisha. It so happened that Bhagyashree's in-laws were found unconscious in their flat and their servant was missing with valuables worth Rs 25 lakh. It was suspected that the entire robbery was planned. The actress still shivers upon recalling the incident.

Debina Bonnerjee, aka Koyal of Chidiya Ghar, was robbed as she waited for her spot boy to hand her the commodities she required. Debina lost one gold ring, some ATM cards, her driving license and Rs 3000. The bag was an expensive one and it also contained some cosmetic products. The actress filed the complaint with the police but the efforts were in vain.

Pooja Pihal, popularly known as Shravani of Pavitra Rishta, was robbed at Siddhivinayak, one of the holy places in Mumbai. It was merely shocking that the actress was robbed in the midst of security at the temple. The incident took place when she parked her car near Siddhivinayak temple and proceeded for darshan, along with her friends. When they returned they were shocked to see the car's window smashed, with all the belongings gone! Among the things Pooja lost, were two of her brand new mobile phones, car stereo, Rs 12000, keys, driving license and her favourite earrings.

Monaz, who is seen in popular TV shows, was attacked by an auto rickshaw driver. The incident took place at Goregaon Filmcity signal while she was waiting for the signal to go green. The auto rickshaw driver did not rob her, but attacked her car and was also trying to abuse her. However, Monaz did not get out of her car as she feared that the driver might hit her.
