Hurriyat Conference Jammu Kashmir (HCJK) senior member and Islamic Political Party-JK chairman Muhammad Yousuf Naqash along with his party members today participated in the hunger strike carried out by Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) here against the proposed construction of Israeli-type separate settlements for Kashmiri Pandits.IPP-JK spokesperson in a statement issued to media said that with regards to JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik’s 30-hour hunger strike, the party decided to fully support the program and took part in it.He said IPP-JK chairman Muhammad Yousuf Naqash also addressed the hunger strike program which was also attended by party general secretary Muhammad Yousuf Mir, Irfan Ahmad Bhat and other activists of the party.

Meanwhile, IPP-JK chairman Muhammad Yousuf Naqash in a statement while expressing his deep resentment over the killing of a 16-year-old youth at Narbal by CRPF personnel said New Delhi has given a license to its forces to massacre the Kashmiri youth hassle free.“These unabated killings speak volumes about the grave violations of human rights in Kashmir which continue without any halt. The newly formed PDP led so-called government too proved to be a tool in the hands of BJP led New Delhi government,” Naqash said.He said world human rights bodies should take cognizance of the innocent killings perpetrated by the Indian occupational forces in this disputed territory and play their role in bringing the culprits to book as “we’ve not an iota of faith in Indian judiciary or its investigating agencies as is testified by history.”
