She's one of Ireland's top models and Rosanna Davison made sure to celebrate her birthday in style yesterday.

The former Miss World turned 31 and marked the occasion in suitably stylish fashion.

The blonde beauty took to Instagram to share pictures of day, including a morning surprise courtesy of her husband Wesley Quirke.

Wes decorated the model's car with a collection of handmade posters and also filled it with celebratory balloons. He placed a sticker on the back of the car that read 'Honk it's my birthday'.

"Thanks @wesquirke @VolkswagonIreland. #Anotheryearolder #Nowiser," she wrote.

The Playboy cover girl later headed out for a birthday lunch with some friends where she shared yet another picture with Eleanor Kelleher, who also celebrated her birthday yesterday in Avoca's Salt restaurant in Monkstown.

Meanwhile Rosanna recently revealed she's under pressure to have babies.

The former Miss World appeared on TV3's Ireland AM this week with her father Chris de Burgh, and said she is constantly being grilled about starting a family.

"Your womb becomes public discussion suddenly," she told Sinead Desmond.

"It's something that we want to think about soon because we're not getting any younger. And the pressure is on from certain people."

Davison, who wed long-term partner Wesley Quirke last summer, said that the main topic of discussion among her circle of friends is pregnancy and babies.

"I'm at the stage now where all my friends are married and getting pregnant and having babies," she added.

"Previously we would have talked about flippant things, now it's all about babies."

Her crooner father added: "I would like to be a grandfather."

The blonde beauty is getting ready to release her first cookbook, explaining: “I began writing it last summer and it’s going to be full of fresh, healthy, simple and delicious recipes.

“It’s based on my training and nutrition, the experience I’ve gained from working with clients and my passion for cooking,” she said.
