AISMK cadres stage demonstration

Members of Akila Indiya Samathuva Makkal Katchi staged a demonstration in front of the Collectorate on Friday condemning the brutal killing of 20 tribals belonging to Tamil Nadu.

They raised slogans against the Andhra Pradesh government. The party’s district secretary, Arasan S. Ponraj, led the demonstration.

Tuticorin

Condemning the killing of 20 Tamil workers in Andhra Pradesh, cadres of Akila Indiya Samaththuva Makkal Katchi (AISMK) staged a demonstration here on Friday.

CBI probe

N. Sundar, district secretary of the party, who led the agitation near VVD signal on Palayamkottai road, sought CBI probe into the brutal killings and demanded compensation of Rs. 10 lakh to each of the victims’ families. M.X. Wilson, secretary, district youth wing took part.
